Cleaning supplies have so many different harsh chemicals within them and if you are using more than one, just imagine what you are inhaling everyday.
Not sure where to start; try to slowly eliminate harsh cleaning supplies by using of less of them and start purchasing natural cleaning products or just simply start making your own.
You can easily make a chemical free cleaning solution with
I normally use a Home Depot spray bottle or one of similar size. I then add 1/4 cup of vinegar, 1-2 tablespoons of baking soda, 1-2 drops of lavender essential oil (Pregnant women need to mindful and careful when using essential oils), enough dish soap to get a good lather (I normally eyeball it) and I then fill it up with hot water from the faucet. Swish it around and presto, you have a cleaning solution that you can use everywhere in your home.
