Neti Pot Is Awesome!

If you’ve never heard of a neti pot, well you have come to the right place.

Okay so you’re probably wondering what exactly it is.

Well it is absolutely amazing! especially if you are an allergy sufferer and battle with

  • sinus headaches,
  • stuffy ears and
  • nasal congestion

Or even getting through those cold/flu months.

It has a handle and a spout and it looks similar to a little teapot.

There are many different styles, some sleeker than others

but they all serve the same purpose.

In 2020, I purchased a porcelain one that I absolutely love.

What's Its Purpose?

It is a natural treatment for flushing the sinuses of allergens to include pollen as well as mucus that have the tendency to sit or get stuck within the ear.

It provides mucus relief by helping relieve sinus headaches or stuffiness due to nasal congestion.

How To Use It?

It is really simple.  Always read the directions that come with your neti prior to using.  Click here for my neti pot tips on how to use it.

Why Use It?

If you find that you are always suffering from sinus headaches or if you are a severe allergy sufferer when springtime rolls and you are looking for alternative solutions in addition to or in place of medication, the neti pot may be the perfect solution for you because it literally flushes all of the pollen out of your sinuses.

It can be used as many times as you want since it is non medicated.

When I start to feel my ears fill up accompanied with stomach pain due to excess mucus, the neti pot helps with expelling the mucus from my ears and ultimately my stomach.

How Much Does It Cost?

A neti can run you $9 and up-not too shabby.

How Often Can I Use It?

Its a natural treatment to flushing allergens from the sinuses so it can be used as often as you like.

Where Can I Find One?

You can find one at your local supermarket, drug store,  health food store, or even online.

Can I Share My Neti?

Absolutely not.  A big no, no!

You should never share your neti with anyone else even if the person is your spouse or child.
