Food Allergies Treatment

Food allergies treatment with digestive enzymes has truly changed the quality of my life. Digestive enzymes may help you as well!

How Are Digestive Enzymes A Good Food Allergies Treatment?

Digestive enzymes are needed to help assist with the break down of foods in order for our bodies to absorb essential vitamins and minerals.

Over time, as in my case, the stomach becomes too acidic due to antibiotics, medications, etc. and does not have enough enzymes to allow for the break down of food.

So now, I make a point to take a digestive enzymes to help break down foods especially the ones that I may have a sensitivity toward.

I've noticed when taken regularly with my foods, it helps combat the constant stomach pain from my food-allergy.

How Often To Use A Digestive Enzyme

I take digestive enzymes at least three times a day with or after the consumption of my food.

When taken, I notice that I do not get the bloating and awful stomach gas pains after eating something especially if I have a sensitivity towards it.

Digestive Enzymes vs Antacids

At one point, I would purchase antacids in hopes that they would help with my bloating but found that they did not really help at all.

Then I started researching other ways, preferably natural and came across digestive enzymes and discovered that they were essential to the breakdown of foods.

At the end of the day, I would rather take a natural supplement, something that my body is a deficient of versus something that is not natural and just adding to my constant stomach pain---not to mention all of the binders and fillers.

What Symptoms Do Digestive Enzymes Help With?

For me, digestive enzymes helps me tremendously with:

  • bloating
  • constant stomach pain from food allergy
  • indigestion
  • stomach gas pains

All the things that an antacid would help with.

Recommendations

Deciding on a digestive enzyme is really about personal preference and how well the product works for the individual.

There are tons out there but I personally take Isotonix digestive enzymes because it comes as a powder versus a tablet.

I mix with water and its done.  They also come in travel packets.

Digestive enzymes can be found in any health food store.  To learn more about the one that I take, just click on the products tab...here.
